If a product has a fault or defect, you may return the undamaged item within 2 days of receiving it. The item must then be returned to us within 5 days for a full refund, postage not included.
Generally, we do not refund unless an item is faulty, but we are happy to exchange. To exchange an item please contact us within 2 days upon receipt of goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to return items for exchange. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
